How do I schedule an appointment?The best way to schedule an appointment is through our online booking system! Step 1: click "book a shoot" Step 2: log in or create an account (if you are a new client) Step 3: enter listing address & info Step 4: choose your preferred packages & services Step 5: select desired date & time

How soon can I get scheduled?We typically have availability for most appointments within 3-5 days (most agents book shoots about a week in advance). Availability may be affected by factors such as short notice, services needed, and increased volume during peak season.

How do I prepare for my appointment?One of the most important factors in selling your listing is having quality media. To create the best media and showcase your listing in the most appealing light, we need all homes to be 100% "photo-ready" before we arrive. In general, we recommend the "3 D's rule" to prepare the property: Deep clean, De-clutter, De-personalize Additionally, download/share our Photo Shoot Prep List below with your sellers, so they can organize and prepare each room before for the photoshoot. 📸

When will I receive my media?We provide next day delivery for the majority of our services! You will receive an email the next day containing a link to download your media. Services like virtual staging and 3D floor plans will be delivered within 48 hours after your scheduled appointment.
