Booking a week in advance is the safest! But with a team of multiple photographers, we usually have availability for most appointments within 2-4 days. Scheduling an appointment and don't see an opening? Give us a call! We'll fit you in 👍 Availability may be affected by factors such as short notice, services needed, and increased volume during peak season.

One of the most important factors in selling your listing is having quality media. To create the best media and showcase your listing in the most appealing light, we need all homes to be 100% "photo-ready" before we arrive. In general, we recommend the "3 D's rule" to prepare the property: Deep clean, De-clutter, De-personalize Additionally, download/share our Photo Shoot Prep List below with your sellers, so they can organize and prepare each room before for the photoshoot. 📸
